Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the item in a plain, discrete shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
